Journeying together

One of my favorite quotes is by French poet, Antoine de Saint-Exupery. It reads, “If you want to build a ship, don’t drum up people to collect wood and don’t assign them tasks and work, but rather teach them to long for the endless immensity of the sea.”

It is true that the only way we can fully immerse ourselves in an endeavor is to be motivated by the goal. I am so grateful for each of you who is dedicated to the goal of a united and connected Interfaith community in San Antonio. I am thrilled to be working with you as Executive Director of ISAA.

As we yearn and long for peace, understanding, and unity, we will be naturally drawn together and inspired. I hope to make personal connections with your congregations, clergy and leaders so that we can work together effectively.
